payment:
paypal and all credit cards are accepted. products do not ship until payment conformation has been received.
if payment conformation has not been received within three days of purchase an email notification requesting payment will be sent; if payment has not been confirmed two days following the notification, the order will be canceled and you may purchase at a later date.
shipping:
any order is shipped within three days of payment conformation, however we strive to have the order filled and on its way the following day from payment
purchases are shipped via USPS standard post unless requested otherwise. additional charges may be required for other mailing options, please contact us before purchasing so we may fulfill your needs adequately.
refunds and exchanges:
DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT-
refunds or exchanges for an identical item will be given upon the return of a damaged product due to any unfortunate circumstances that occur during transit to you.
(the damaged product must be mailed within three days of receiving)
DAMAGE DUE TO NEGLECT/MISUSE-
damages that occur from neglect or misuse of product will not be returned or exchanged
QUALITY ISSUES-
in the unfortunate event that the quality of a product does not meet your standards please inform us; upon return an identical product will be exchanged (returned product must be mailed within three days of receiving)
